Hoy quiero compartirles un cómic de facebook que me ha hecho reir bastante. Son viñetas creadas por Lay Black, una artista del país, donde cuenta las aventuras de una chica gótica llamada Frida Mortem con unas amistades un tanto... particulares: Zacarías, un oso de peluche poseído donde están todas sus emociones; Clash, un fantasma punk amante de Bauhaus que la cuida; Mi-go, un demonio lovecraftiano; y su nueva vecina, Lucy, una chica esquizofrénica. Por su fuera poco, sus padres están muertos (se los llevó un demonio, según cuenta en una viñeta la linda niña).
Today I want to share a comic from facebook that has made me laugh a lot. They are vignettes created by Lay Black, an artist of the country, where you the adventures of a Gothic girl named Frida Mortem with some... strange friends: Zacarias, a possessed teddy bear where all her emotions are in; Clash, a punk ghost who likes Bauhaus that who cares of her; Mi-Go, a Lovecraftian demon; and her new neighbor, Lucy, a schizophrenic girl. If this isn't enough, her parents are dead (a demon took them, says in a cartoon this cute little girl).
Frida tiene un humor MUY NEGRO, algo que amo, me encanta, me saca sonrisas, etc. Saben que todo lo que es oscuro y retorcido me llama la atención, así que Frida no podía quedarse atrás. Les dejo algunas imágenes junto con el enlace a la página del facebook donde pueden deben darle Me Gusta.

¡Portada revelada! La Hija de Bóreas / Cover Reveal!

Hi guys! How are you doing? Hope good!
Hoy le vengo a revelar *POR FIN* la portada de mi próxima novela, la cual publicaré este 1 de Septiembre, ¡justo para iniciar clases leyendo! Casualmente la novela trata sobre el último año de escuela del protagonista, un año que será muy inusual. ¿El motivo? Cierta chica relacionada con los dioses griegos.
Today we come to reveal *FINALLY* the cover of my next novel, which I'll publish this September 1st, just to start classes reading! Coincidentally, the novel's about the protagonist's senior year, a year that will be very unusual. The reason? Certain girl related to the Greek gods.

Esta obra de arte fue hecha por Alexia Jorques, a quién le debo no solo esta portada, ¡sino también el hecho de que gracias a esta se me ocurrió la idea para la historia! Cuando vi el modelo, la trama se dibujó en la cabeza y los personajes poco a poco fueron tomando forma. ¡Gracias, Alexia! ¡Eres un sol!

This work of art was made by Alexia Jorques, whom I owe not only this cover, but also the fact that thanks to this I got the idea for the story! When I saw the model, the plot was drawn in my head and the characters gradually took shape. Thanks, Alexia! You're a sun!

A parte de esto, quiero aprovechar para decirles que será el primer libro de una serie, no saga. Como sabrán, las series son libros que pueden leerse en cualquier orden, al contrario de las sagas, que tienen un orden específico. Y si son observadores, sabrán el nombre de la serie: Divino Amor.

Apart from this, I'd like to tell you whis is the first book in a series, no saga. As you know, series are books that can be read in any order, contrary to sagas, which have a specific order. And if you're observant, you will know the name of the series: Divino Amor (Devine Love).

No diré mucho al respecto, solamente que más de uno quedará sorprendido con los temas que toque la novela y los libros que le siguen. Siempre he sido alguien que mira la sociedad y los problemas que hay en ella, y en esta serie, además de disfrutar escribiendo, quise plasmar algunos de esos problemas, libro a libro.
I will not say much about it, only that more than one will be surprised with the topics that touch the novel and ones that follow. I've always been someone looking society and problems in it, and in this series, plus enjoy writing, I wanted to capture some of these problems, book by book.

¡Nueva novela! / New novel!

Hi guys!
Haré una entrada rápida para los que no me siguen en mis redes sociales. Ayer publiqué una fotografía en todos lados, la primera imagen promocional de una novela que estoy por publicar. ¡YAY! ¡OTRA!
I'l make a quick entry for those wo don't follow me in my social networks. Yesterday, I posted a pic everywhere, the first promotional image of a novel I'm about to publish. YAY! ANOTHER!
No diré mucho para tenerlos a la expectativa, pero sí diré que hasta ahora es la más complicada y la más larga que he escrito. Ya llevo cerca de la mitad y aunque me cuesta mantener el ritmo, seguiré adelante para que el libro esté listo antes de la fecha.
I won't say much about it t keep you on the lookout, but I'll say that so far is the most complicated and the longest one I've written. I've almost in its half and although I can hardly keep up, will go forward for the book to be ready by the date.
