It's Friday at last, and following the past week's entry, I decided to share the second album by Evanescence, The Open Door. I still prefer Fallen, much more than this, but there are song like Sweet Sacrifice I cannot stop listening to.
Ya es viernes por fin, y siguiendo con con la entrada de la semana pasada, decidí compartirles el segundo álbum de Evanescence, The Open Door. Sigo prefiriendo Fallen, muy por encima de este, pero hay temas como Sweet Sacrifice que no puedo dejar de escuchar.
Is a much more violent, direct and aggressive album than the previous one, although it has some symphonic touches that are very consistent with the overall aesthetics. It's a shame that songs like Together Again didn't make it to the final repertoire, but I think it is still pretty good as well.
Es un disco mucho más violento, directo y agresivo que el anterior, aunque tiene unos toques sinfónicos que van muy acorde con la estética general. Es una lástima que canciones como Together Again no terminaran en el repertorio final, pero creo que igualmente está bastante bien así.

Hola, también considero que Fallen es mejor álbum que The Open Door, en cuanto a sonido y letra. Aunque TOD tiene algunos sonidos interesantes y tiene bastante potencial, pero ninguna canción en él llega a convencer tanto como Bring me to life, Immortal y Going Under. Las más salvables para mi son Lithium y Good Enough.
