Musical Friday / Viernes Musicales: The Heart of Everything (Within Temptation)

Hello guys, how are things going? Breaking news: Another week is done! Sweet! Amazing! Great! I’m an Idiot! Ok, enough.

I’ve had a chance to think for a long while, I realized some things I didn’t see before, and despite I’m not in the mood to party and bullshit, as Rita Ora says, I decided to share an album that became 10 years old recently, and I didn’t have the chance to celebrate: The Heart of Everything, from Within Temptation!

This was one of the discs I started to listen to years ago and that made me fall in love with this band. Each of the songs, with the amazing voice of Sharon den Adel, presents an unmatched epicness, a so powerful drama that they send chills down your spine.

Our Solemn Hour, Frozen and What Have You Done are some of my favorites tracks, although I admit I never listened to the entire album (yes, this is my first time; may the rocks fall on my head.)

He tenido la oportunidad de pensar durante mucho tiempo, me di cuenta de algunas cosas que no vi antes, y a pesar de que no estoy de humor para party and bullshit, como Rita Ora dice, decidí compartir un álbum que cumplió 10 años recientemente, y no tuve la oportunidad de celebrar: ¡The Heart of Everything, de Within Temptation!
Este fue uno de los discos que empecé a escuchar hace años y que me hizo enamorarme de esta banda. Cada una de las canciones, con la asombrosa voz de Sharon den Adel, presenta una epicidad inigualable, un drama tan poderoso que envían escalofríos por la columna vertebral.
Our Solemn Hour, Frozen y What Have You Done son algunas de mis canciones favoritas, aunque admito que nunca he escuchado todo el álbum (sí, esta es mi primera vez, que las rocas caigan sobre mi cabeza).
