Luego de más dificultades e
imprevistos (se robaron los cables del internet en mi sector, concretamente),
llega el segundo libro de Los Raros de
Newrocks: ¡Silencio está aquí! Aproveché estos días sin internet
para poder escribir lo más que puedo.
¿De qué va esta historia?
Sencillo: Sello de los Gatos era sobre
una bruja completa, una chica que conocía sus poderes y crecía con ellos. Silencio es todo lo contrario. El protagonista,
Tristan Rivers, no sabe absolutamente nada de magia, poderes, brujas,
fantasmas, ni nada que se le asemeje.
Este chico, que está también traumatizado y que sufre en silencio (jejeje), debe entender la naturaleza de poderes que no conocía, los cuales están creciendo más rápido de lo que él puede asimilar, a la vez que lidia con lo que antes pensaba constituía el mundo real.

Siempre he puesto a los brujos
como personajes fuertes, avasallantes y poderosos, pero en esta saga quiero experimentar con brujos “rotos” por
dentro, personajes con problemas, complejos, traumas, marcas dolorosas que los han cambiado en muchos sentidos.

vistazo a Newrocks! La visión que tiene Tristan es similar a la de Helena, pero
tiene muchos, muchísimos aspectos que los diferencian. ¡Nos leemos pronto!

After more difficulties and unforeseen events (the internet cables were stolen in my sector, specifically,) comes the second book of Weirdos of Newrocks: Silence is here! I took advantage of these days without internet to write as much as I can.
What is this story about? Simple: Cats' Seal was about a complete witch, a girl who knew her powers and grew up with them. Silence is the opposite. The protagonist, Tristan Rivers, knows absolutely nothing about magic, powers, witches, ghosts, or anything similar.
This boy, who is also traumatized and who suffers in silence (hehehe), must understand the nature of powers that he did not know, which are growing faster than he can assimilate, while dealing with what he previously thought constituted The real world.
I have always put witches as strong, overwhelming and powerful characters, but in this saga I want to experiment with witches "broken" inside, characters with problems, complexes, traumas, painful marks that have changed them in many ways.
I hope you enjoy this new look at Newrocks! The vision that Tristan has is similar to that of Helena, but it has many, many aspects that differentiate them. Read you soon!
