¡Feliz año nuevo, Nocturnos! Espero que hayan pasado un buen 31 de diciembre con familia y amigos. ^^ Yo la pasé muy bien y me llené de comida igual que todos los años, así que ahora toca volver a comer como una persona medianamente normal. Retomé el gimnacio en diciembre para cuidarme más porque en medio de tanto libro y brujería hay que hacer espacio para la salud. Esas son dos metas que tengo para este año, pero en lo que a libros respecta tengo varias. ¿Ustedes ya tienen las suyas?
- Publicar Lluvia de Plata, Los Hijos de Artemisa, y Ledén
LdP: Empecé esta historia como parte del Open Novella Contest 2020, al igual que el año anterior como Rojo Carmín, queriendo salir de mi zona de comodida, y se repite la historia. No la terminé a tiempo, perdí motivación, y allí quedó. Este año quiero terminarla y publicarla, porque me encantan tanto el rumbo que tomó como los mensajes que hay incluídos.
LHdA: Ha sido muy frustrante trabajar en este libro. Cada vez que lo retomo, pasa algo y debo dejarlo de lado, concentrarme en otro, tengo que dedicarme a trabajar en otra cosa, y así sucesivamente. Este año tengo que volver definitivamente, los personajes lo merecen, lo necesitan, yo mismo lo necesito, y de una forma u otra haré que esta historia vea la luz.
Ledén: Es un proyecto que tengo gestándose desde el año pasado. Lo que se supnía sería solo una novela corta para pasar el tiempo y volver a la fantasía que me encanta se covirtió en una novela complerta, seguramente larga, y con un elenco amplio de personajes. Quiero darle el cariño que merece, más que nada porque está conectada a otro de mis libros, así que espero pronto darles noticias sobre Ámbar y Zoé.
- Mantener Ars Viatoris.
- Traducir Cuentos... a inglés.
Disfruté muchísimo escribiendo y trabajando en Cuentos de Hadas para no Dormir, aunque siento que puede dar más de sí. Además, hace tiempo que quiero lanzar oficialmente un libro en inglés, así que le daré la oportunidad a este bebé en el que tengo muchas expectativas. Ya veremos cómo marcha todo. ^^
- Traducir Alterno Nerva a inglés.
Al igual que con Cuentos..., Alterno Nerva me encanta y sé que se merece una edición en inglés. Es una catársis bárbara, llena de vivencias, pensamientos, mucho de lo que soy, y diría que una antítesis total de La Hija de Bóreas. Mientras que esa historia es una versión muy idealizada y divertidad de mi salida del bachillerato, hay mucha realidad en la historia de Edgar y Sylvia. Ambas tienen su dosis de ficción y escenas que nunca sucedieron, pero ambas historias son muy importantes para mí.
- Entrevistar a Sylvia Lobos.
Si bien es cierto que Alterno Nerva se trata principalmente sobre Edgar Torres, el protagonista, Sylvia también juega un papel fundamental en la trama. Siento muy injusto de mi parte no darle su espacio para que sea ella la que les cuente lo que sea que quiera, además de que me encantó entrevista a su amorcito. ¿Por qué no lo hice antes? ¡Es divertidísimo!
- Continuar con Los Raros de Newrocks.
Otro proyecto aparcado que terminó quedando en el olvido. Newrocks es un mundo oscuro que quiero explorar a fondo, tiene temas sociales que me apasionan, personajes que me tienen enamorado, y a los cuales quiero dar voz tan pronto como sea posible.
- Leer 100 libros.
El año pasado leí más de 200 libros, y estoy súper feliz de ello, pero este 2021 quiero tomarme las cosas con más calma. 100 lecturas es un buen número, y seguramente leeré más que eso, pero es momento de priorizar mis historias.

Happy New Year, Nighters! I hope you had a good December 31st with family and friends. ^^ I had a great time and I filled myself with food just like every year, so now it's time to eat like a fairly normal person again. I went back to the gym in December to take better care of myself because in the midst of so much book and witchcraft we have to make room for health. Those are two goals I have for this year, but when it comes to books, I have several. Do you already have yours?
- Publish Silver Rain, Los Hijos de Artemisa, and Ledén.
LHdA: It has been very frustrating working on this book. Every time I go back to it, something happens and I have to put it aside, focus on another, I have to dedicate myself to working on something else, and so on. This year I have to definitely return, the characters deserve it, they need it, I need it myself, and one way or another I will make this story come to light.
Ledén: It's a project that I've been developing since last year. What was supposed would be just a novella to pass the time and return to the fantasy that I love turned into a complete novel, probably a long one, and with a wide cast of characters. I want to give it the love it deserves, more than anything because it is connected to another of my books, so I hope to give you news about Ámbar and Zoé soon.
- Maintain Ars Viatoris.
The same thing happened with this initiative, I started with great enthusiasm, but quickly the responsibilities made me put it aside. This time I want to take it more seriously, keep leaving my area, challenge myself, participate in others, and grow as a writer. Also, it hurts me that that cover gets dusty, don't you?
- Translate Cuentos... into English.
- Translate Alterno Nerva to English.
As with Cuentos..., I love Alterno Nerva and I know it deserves an English edition. It is a barbaric catharsis, full of experiences, thoughts, much of what I am, and I would say that it is a total antithesis of La Hija de Bóreas (The Daughter of Boreas). While that story is a very idealized and hilarious version of my high school exit, there is a lot of reality in Edgar and Sylvia's story. Both have their dose of fiction and scenes that never happened, but both stories are very important to me.
- Interview Sylvia Lobos.
While it is true that Alterno Nerva is mainly about Edgar Torres, the protagonist, Sylvia also plays a fundamental role in the plot. I feel very unfair of me not to give her space so that she is the one to tell them whatever she wants, besides that I loved interviewing hers, her sweetheart. Why didn't I do it before? It's hilarious!
- Continue with Weirdos of Newrocks.
Another parked project that ended up being forgotten. Newrocks is a dark world that I want to explore in-depth, it has social themes that I am passionate about, characters that have me in love, and to which I want to give a voice as soon as possible.
- Read 100 books.
Last year I read more than 200 books, and I'm super happy about it, but in 2021 I want to take things slower. 100 readings is a good number, and I will surely read more than that, but it's time to prioritize my stories.
