¡Primera meta cumplida! / First goal done!

Hola, Nocturnos. ^^ Buenos días. ¿Cómo va todo? Hace algunos días alcancé una de las metas que me propuse para este año, que fue traducir Cuentos de Hadas para no Dormir al inglés. Estoy feliz, cansado, pero feliz ante todo. ^^ Dos amigos ya están leyendo la primera versión para saber cómo quedó. Fue difícil, y estoy seguro de que hay más de un error por allí porque, por más que domine el idioma o lo lea constantemente, es algo totalmente diferente escribirlo.

Soy una persona muy descriptiva y metafórica al momento de escribir ficción, mientras que para artículos científicos, académicos, reportajes periodísticos, y cualquier otro tipo de no ficción se me hace muy fácil. ¿A alguno le ha pasado algo así? Estoy super feliz de haber terminado, y a la vez se siente raro.

Aproveché la oportunidad también para editar algunos errores de tipeo que encontré en la versión en español. La edición corregida ya debería estar publicada hoy, pero si alguien ve algún detalle puede hacérmelo saber y lo corregiré en seguida.

Tengo planes para con esta belleza de libro, y aunque aún no verá la luz era demasiado tentador hacer la portada en inglés, jejejeje. Hello, Nightlies. ^^ Good morning. How's everything? A few days ago I reached one of the goals that I set for myself for this year, which was to translate Cuentos de Hadas para no Dormir (Nightmare Fairyta) into English. I'm happy, tired, but happy above all. ^^ Two friends are already reading the first version to see how it turned out. It was difficult, and I'm sure there's more than one mistake out there because, no matter how much you master the language or read it constantly, it's something totally different to write it.

I'm a very descriptive and metaphorical person when writing fiction, while for scientific, academics articles, journalistic reports, and any other type of non-fiction it's very easy for me. Has something like this happened to anyone? I'm super happy to finish, and it feels weird at the same time.

I also took the opportunity to edit some typing errors that I found in the Spanish version. The corrected edition should already be published today, but if anyone sees any details please let me know and I will correct it right away.

I have plans for this book beauty, and although it will not see the light yet it was too tempting to do the cover in English, hahaha.
