Pensando: Divas al poder / Thinking: Divas to power

¡Hola chicos!
Hey guys ! How are you? A few days ago I was reading and got with a story that I found outrageous.
It turns out that the French writer Grégori Delacourt, who made a mention of it in La Première chose qu'on regarde (The first thing we look), was being sued by the actress Scarlet Johansson, who asked "repair the damage caused by the violation and fraudulent use of rights relating to personality"as well as "the transfer of rights and adaptation of the work".

We split first. Turns out, according to the editorial JC Lattès, which published Delacout's book, "This case is even more puzzling when you take into account that this novel is a hymn to the actresses, her beauty and intelligence, just to affirm that inner beauty is what counts", as well Delacourt thought the book would serve to meet Scarlet and coffee to take with her, he said. Obviously they met, but not the way he wanted .
The phrase that bothered both Scarlet is simply: A model " Scarlett Johansson lookalikes perfect ." I didn't understand the meaning of "lookalikes" (in spanish was sosias, and I have never heard that word) , I looked and it means the same as "like", "similar", means that the model referenced by the phrase is very similar to Scarlet Johannson.
Girl, do you really bother to tell you you're beautiful and use your name as a reference? You're an icon in the world, you should worry about something MUCH MORE SERIOUS: Homeless children, keep a good name, social activities, But sue because they recognize you as a beautiful woman? Well if it's the case then I'm going to write you're a faded spoiled, operated and with an ego as big as the heels of Lady Gaga, to see if that pleases you.
"Repairing the damage caused by the violation and fraudulent use of rights relating to personality". Yes, you have rights on who you are and what you stand for, but they didn't cause any damage to you, do not in any way hurt or anything like that. I'm not a lawyer nor do I know the law, but logically we can say that if the book said something like "And very similar to Scarlet shit Johannson", there you have every reason in the world. Not the case, then it has nothing to do what you say .
"The transfer of rights and adaptation of the work". Bothers you so much that you want to yourself . Oh . It would be better for you to say "The ban on the sale, re editing and adaptation of the play", Don't you think?
I'm not a film regular fan, I don't see all the movies opening or memorize the names of the actors, but I know that the name "Scarlet Johansson" belongs to one of the best actresses internationally, a woman with great talent and maturity that was supposed to know she is a public figure.
In many books references to characters like Mozart, Einstein, John Paul II, Snow White, Mario, Pokemon, and I don't see any company pursuing those who do are made. If those names are heard here, in Italy, in China, Russia or the Vatican, they know what we are talking about, names that have become very importants.
I don't know how ended the matter, but if the jury's verdict was in favor of Scarlet therefore regrettable justice system which has France, and if it was in favor of the publisher and Delacourt, the girl will be seen that what she did had no sense.

Un saludo y un abrazo.
