Digamos que lo he hecho estos días gracias a un manga que me hace sonreír muy seguido.  Cuando Lizel se encuentra misteriosamente en una ciudad que tiene extrañas similitudes con la suya pero claramente no lo es, rápidamente acepta la improbable verdad: este es un mundo completamente diferente. Aun así, la relajada Lizel no es del tipo que entra en pánico. Inmediatamente se propone aprender más sobre este extraño lugar y, para ayudarlo a hacerlo, contrata a un aventurero experimentado llamado Gil como su guía turístico y protector.

Hasta que pueda encontrar un camino a casa, Lizel cree que esta es una oportunidad perfecta para explorar una nueva forma de vida aventurándose como parte de un gremio. Después de todo, está seguro de que eventualmente se irá a casa... ¡también podría disfrutar de unas vacaciones de otro mundo por ahora!

Al igual que en el primer volumen, este libro es bastante tranquilo y empieza justo después del anterior. Vemos que el lazo entre Lizel y Gil se va fortaliciendo, la química se vuelve más notoria, y aprovecho para aclarar que no es un romance, sino una amistad en crecimiento en donde cada uno aporta algo al equipo que conforman.

Como es de esperarse, el arte es impecable. Poco y nada que decir, aunque sí debo mencionar que una de las últimas secuencias me parecío un poco más larga de lo que debería. Fuera de eso, no puedo quejarme de nada porque realmente es un manga hermoso y con un acabado muy cuidado. Me encantó también el diseño de varios personajes, de algunas criaturas.

La historia en sí es bastante tranquila, sin mucha acción, y justo cuando parece que vamos a tener una buena dosis, hay un fundido a negro, que deja poco a la interpretación, dicha sea la verdad, pero que también aniquila la emoción del momento. Sí hay un buen desarrollo y varias sorpresas, pero esperaba un poco más de este volumen, lo cual creo que fue un error considerando cómo avanzó el primero.

Si les gustan las aventuras tranquilas, atmosféricas, carghadas de sorpresas y personajes simpáticos, A Gentle Noble's Vacation Recommendation, Volumen 2 es la elección ideal. La serie evoluniona muy bien, quizá no tan rápido como uno esperaría viniendo de un manga shonen, pero que transmite la calma y efecto sanador que caracteriza a al iyashikei.

When Lizel mysteriously finds himself in a city that bears odd similarities to his own but clearly isn't, he quickly comes to terms with the unlikely truth: this is an entirely different world. Even so, laid-back Lizel isn't the type to panic. He immediately sets out to learn more about this strange place, and to help him do so, hires a seasoned adventurer named Gil as his tour guide and protector.

Until he's able to find a way home, Lizel figures this is a perfect opportunity to explore a new way of life adventuring as part of a guild. After all, he's sure he'll go home eventually... might as well enjoy the otherworldly vacation for now!

As in the first volume, this book is quiet enough and starts right after the previous one. We see that the bond between Lizel and Gil is strengthening, the chemistry becomes more noticeable, and I take the opportunity to clarify that it is not a romance, but a growing friendship where each one contributes something to the team that they make up.

As expected, the art is impeccable. Little and nothing to say, although I must mention that one of the last sequences seemed a little longer than it should. That aside, I can't complain about anything because it really is a beautiful manga with a very careful finish. I also loved the design of various characters, of some creatures.

The story itself is quite calm, without much action, and just when it seems that we are going to have a good dose, there's a fade to black, which leaves little to interpretation, truth be told, but which annihilates the emotion of the moment as well. There's a good development and several surprises, but I was expecting a little more from this volume, which I think was a mistake considering how the first one progressed.

If you like quiet, atmospheric adventures, full of surprises and friendly characters, A Gentle Noble's Vacation Recommendation, Volumen 2 is the ideal choice. The series evolves very well, perhaps not as fast as one would expect coming from a shonen manga, but it conveys the calm and healing effect that characterizes iyashikei.
