Desde hace días quería contarles más sobre esta lectura. Me la devoré en poco tiempo, los días se me pasaron volando, y no puedo recomendarla lo suficiente. Es tan sana y enternecedora que parece mentira, pero es imposible no encariñarse con los personajes: Puedo Oír el Sol Vol. 2, de Yuki Fumino.

Debido al éxito abrumador de Puedo Oír el Sol, finalmente ha llegado la secuela, Puedo Oír el Sol: Teoría de la felicidad ¿Cómo evolucionará esta relación de "más que amigos, menos que amantes"?

"No puede oír. . . ?"

Debido a una discapacidad auditiva, Kohei suele estar solo. Taichi es franco y alegre. Al principio, Kohei se mantiene bien protegido, pero después de conocer a Taichi, poco a poco aprende a abrirse.

Igual que antes, leí la versión en inglés de One Peace Books, así me estoy basando en esa traducción, pero Rush aka Adrián Abramo Penilla, autor y blogger, reseñó la edición en español. Visítenlo y denle mucho love. Solo me da curiosidad el que la edición en español no incluya el subtítulo original. En fin, misterios editoriales.

Lo que más me gusta de esta historia es que va mucho más hondo que la anterior. Si bien es cierto que es sencilla como la primera parte, explora más a profundidad los sentimientos de los personajes, los va sacando de su zona de comodidad, dándoles más características, explorando su personalidad, hasta que se vuelven más humanos que antes.

Sin embargo, el sello de felicidad que me atrapó antes sigue estando presente en este volumen, puede que hasta más, junto con el arte tan limpio y detallado. Los juegos de sombras me llamaron la atención especialmente. Le dieron un toque dramático a más de una escena, acentuando las emociones de los personajes, la atmósfera, y en el estilo en general de todo el libro.

Sí podría criticar un poco el rol de Maya en este volumen. Me pareció un personaje que sobraba hasta cierto punto, aunque es cierto que sin ella difícilmente habría un segundo tomo. Se vuelve una pieza clave para el desarrollo de la relación entre Kohei y Taichi, ¡pero hubo más de una escena en que quería insultarla y arrancarle la cabeza!

Yuki Fumino hizo un excelente trabajo en esta adición a la saga. Puedo Oír el Sol Vol. 2 es una aventura de emociones, un tira y afloja constante que te mantiene atrapado en sus páginas sin derecho a réplica. Una parte de mi no quería salir de este mundo, así que supongo que fue buena idea comprarme la trilogía que sigue. ¡Ya les contaré más!

For days I wanted to tell you more about this reading. I devoured it in no time, the days flew by, and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's so wholesome and touching that it seems unbelievable, but it's impossible not to fall in love with the characters: I Hear the Sunspot: Theory of Happiness, by Yuki Fumino.

Due to the overwhelming success of I Hear the Sunspot, the sequel has finally arrived, I Hear the Sunspot: Theory of Happiness! How will this "more than friends, less than lovers" relationship evolve?

Because of a hearing disability Kohei is often alone. Taichi is outspoken and cheerful. At first, Kohei keeps himself well guarded, but after he meets Taichi he slowly learns to open up.

What I like most about this story is that it goes much deeper than the previous one. Although it's true that it's simple like the first part, it explores the characters' feelings in greater depth, taking them out of their comfort zone, giving them more characteristics, exploring their personality, until they become more human than before.

However, the stamp of happiness that caught me earlier is still present in this volume, maybe even more, along with such clean and detailed art. The shadow games especially caught my attention. They gave a dramatic touch to more than one scene, accentuating the emotions of the characters, the atmosphere, and the general style of the entire book.

I could criticize a little the role of Maya in this volume, though. To me, she seemed like a needless character to a certain extent, although it's true that without her there would hardly be a second volume. She becomes a key player in the development of the relationship between Kohei and Taichi, but there was more than one scene where I wanted to insult her and rip her head off!

Yuki Fumino did an excellent job on this addition to the saga. I Hear the Sunspot: Theory of Happiness is an adventure of emotions, a constant tug-of-war that keeps you trapped in its pages without the right to reply. A part of me didn't want to leave this world, so I guess it was a good idea to buy the next trilogy. I'll tell you more!
