Definitivamente estoy recuperado del todo del malestar que tenía desde hace días. ¡Yay! No le deseo ese mal a nadie, en serio. Se siente bien estar de vuelta en mis cabales, y mejor aún haber visto el sexto episodio de Doom Patrol, el cual lleva ese mismo nombre. Sí, confuso.
Este episodio, que se centra en Jane, Rita y Larry, nos muestra que un equipo llamado Doom Patrol sí existió en el pasado. Los héroes van en busca de pistas y respuesta con respecto al posible paradero de Niles Caulder, pero terminan descubriendo un aspecto de El Jefe que ignoraban.
Visualmente hablando, este episodio me sorprendió. Hay elementos gráficos muy atractivos, y la fotografía destacó bastante desde el inicio. No obstante, mi foco está en el guión, y debo decir que la idea de episodios aislados comienza a cansar, además del hecho de que algunos diálogos se me hicieron poco creíbles.
Hay poco desarrollo de los personajes, particularmente en cuanto al rol de Rita, que perdió novedad y tomó una dirección bastante floja. No se puede decir lo mismo sobre Cyborg y Cliff, quienes quedan en un segundo plano pero con una interacción interesante de ver.
Aunque fue un episodio entretenido de ver, no siento que agregara mucho a la trama en general. Es otro episodio que podría haberse colocado en cualquier orden sin afectar el desarrollo de la serie por su final tan cerrado. Ya va casi la mitad de la serie sin novedades sustanciales sobre Caulder, cosa que debería cambiar pronto.
Doom Patrol fue entretenido y ligero, bueno para romper la rutina con una buena dosis de humor, pero carente de frescura.

I'm definitely fully recovered from the discomfort I had for days. Yay! I don't wish that evil on anyone, seriously. It feels good to be back in my head, and even better to have seen the sixth episode of Doom Patrol, which bears the same name. Yes, confusing.
This episode, which focuses on Jane, Rita and Larry, shows us that a team called the Doom Patrol did exist in the past. The heroes go in search of clues and answers regarding the possible whereabouts of Niles Caulder, but end up discovering an aspect of The Chief they ignored.
Visually speaking, this episode surprised me. There are very attractive graphic elements, and the photography stood out a lot from the beginning. However, my focus is on the script, and I must say that the idea of isolated episodes begins to tire, in addition to the fact that some dialogues weren't credible to me.
There's little development of the characters, particularly regarding the role of Rita, which lost novelty and took a rather weak direction. The same cannot be said about Cyborg and Cliff, who are in the background but with an interaction interesting to watch.
Although it was an entertaining episode to watch, I don't feel like it added much to the overall plot. It's another episode that could have been placed in any order without affecting the development of the series due to its closed ending. Almost half of the series is now over with no substantial news about Caulder, which should change soon.
Doom Patrol was light and entertaining, good for breaking the routine with a good dose of humor, but lacking in freshness.
