Buenos días, nocturnos, ¿cómo les va?
Hoy quiero romper un poco la rutina para mostrarles mis portadas de cómic favoritas, y comentarles las razones detrás de ello. ^^ Algunas lecturas fueron buenas, otras... no tanto, pero todas las portadas me enamoraron a primera vista. Déjenme saber su opinión en los comentarios, tanto si leyeron los cómics como si no; aquí nos importa la belleza, el arte, y no tanto la lectura (solo por hoy, lo prometo.) Good morning, nighters, how are you doing?
Today I want to break the routine a bit to show you my favorite comic book covers, and tell you the reasons behind. ^^ Some readings were good, others... not so much, but all the covers made me fall in love at first sight. Let me know your opinion in the comments, whether you read the comics or not; here we care about beauty, art, and not so much reading (just for today, I promise.) - Español: Estoy muy, muy adicto a este cómic. La historia es interesante y el arte es precioso, pero esta portada, con Elizabeth Báthory saliendo de una catarata de sangre, es una belleza mórbida. Estoy esperando con ansias el último número de esta serie para reseñarla, pero de antemano les digo que es buena a pesar de los altibajos.
- English: I am very, very addicted to this comic. The story is interesting and the art is great, but this cover, with Elizabeth Bathory emerging from a waterfall of blood, is a morbid beauty. I'm looking forward to the latest issue of this series to review it, but I tell you beforehand that it's good despite the ups and downs.

- EN: I read this graphic novel AGES ago, but I still remember that I really enjoyed it. The art is equally decadent and fantastic, with unusual darkness, almost always absent in commercial comics. It goes without saying that each page is beautiful.
- ES: Otra joya que leí tiempo atrás. Quienes me conocen saben que mis colores favoritos son el negro y el rojo, y el blanco crea un contraste que me encanta. Además, fue irónico que me encontré con este cómic cuando tenía el mismo peinado que el protagonista. ^^'
- EN: Another gem I read long ago. Those who know me know that my favorite colors are black and red, and white creates a contrast that I love. Also, it was ironic that I came across this comic when I had the same hairstyle as the protagonist. ^^ '
- ES: Aplican las mismas razones de antes. Los colores me encantan, pero el dibujo caricaturesco con la pose amenazadora de Pinocho hacen un segundo contraste que me gusta mucho. Amad esta portada, os lo ordeno.
- EN: The same reasons as before apply I love the colors, but the caricature drawing with the threatening pose of Pinocchio make a second contrast that I really like. Love this cover, I comand thee.
- ES: Si me preguntan, la oscuridad que derrocha esta historia va muy bien con una portada a blanco y negro. La mirada del Guasón incluso se ve más perturbadora.
- EN: If you ask me, the darkness that wastes this story goes very well with a black and white cover. Joker's gaze even looks more disturbing.
- ES: Amé esta serie por un largo tiempo, y a pesar de que el guión ha decaído demasiado últimamente, las portadas son excelentes. Esta tiene un aura de fantasía oscura erótica que me encanta. Una belleza.
- EN: I loved this series for a long time, and even though the script has fallen too low lately, the covers are excellent. This one has a dark, erotic fantasy aura that I love. A beauty.

- EN: Another story I read long ago. I didn't really like the covers, although the pages are beautiful, but this one is visually addictive. I could spend a long time looking at it.
- ES: También la leí hace tiempo, pero la estética a lo vieja-escuela me encanta. Refleja muy bien la decadencia y los sentimientos de la historia, aunque no suelo consumir cómics con este tipo de arte.
- EN: I also read it a long time ago, but I love the old-school aesthetic. It reflects the decadence and feelings of the story very well, although I don't usually consume comics with this type of art.
- ES: Tengo algo con las portadas de tonos morados, por si no es obvio. Desde que vi la portada, supe que tenía que leer esta historia, y estoy esperando a que termine de ser publicado al menos el primer arco para reseñarla. Mientras tanto, ¿no les encanta el arte?
- EN: I have something with the purple covers, in case it isn't obvious. Since I saw the cover, I knew I had to read this story, and I'm waiting for at least the first arc to finish being published to review it. Meanwhile, don't you love the art?
- ES: La historia como tal fue... extraña. Necesita una continuación y ya ha tardado bastante, lo cual es una lástima considerando lo oscura, interesante y entretenida que es esta serie, aspectos que la portada refleja muy bien.
- EN: The story as such was... strange. It needs a sequel and it has taken quite a while, which is a shame considering how dark, interesting and entertaining this series is, aspects the cover reflects very well.
- ES: Dejando de lado el pésimo guión, las portadas son una maravilla. Pareciera que estamos ante un cómic de horror de alta calidad, los colores son asombrosos y tiene un aire de Castlevania de Netflix imposible de no amar. Fuera de eso, la serie apesta; esperemos que la película sea mejor.
- EN: Leaving aside the lousy script, the covers are wonderful. It seems that we are dealing with a high quality horror comic, the colors are amazing and it has an air of Netflix's Castlevania impossible not to love. That put aside, the series sucks; let's wait the movie is better.
